The car didn't present well. The outside was dirty. The engine didn't sound good, bad valve tap. Very disappointed. I won't visit them again.
Worked with this dealer over a week to arrange the purchase of this vehicle (I live 4.5 hours away) and finally reached an agreement only to have them sell it out from under me the next day. Maybe they’re great in person, but I don’t recommend buying from a distance. Now I’m back to square one in my search

Identified truck bed was not original from photos. Salesman was not upfront about it. Was uninformed and left a bad taste in my mouth
I'm reviewing CarLink in NJ. Buyer beware. Things started great. I contacted them about car I was interested in. They replied promptly and I scheduled a test drive next day. I was impressed by the pics and took uber 2.5 hours away to test drive it. When I got there the car was ready. A quick look and I noticed a huge scrape that was not visualized in the pictures. Very disappointed with the dealership. I needed no financing and was interested in purchasing the car for birthday. I've purchased 2 other cats out of state and never had any issues with registering the title paying taxes and tags myself. They seem not to have concrete guidelines. They guaranteed a loan for any and all credit types but wanted 65 percent of the price as down payment
Terrible experience. Was in contact with them for over a week, obtained financing through Westlake. Called an explained I am 6 months pregnant and wanted to limit my contact. I wanted everything that could be completed over the phone or through email done before I made that 2 1/2 hour drive. I had already insured the vehicle before getting there so all I wanted to do was literally sign papers exchange down-payment and leave with my vehicle. Terrible customer service. By the time they played around with my credit inquiry they sould the car I wanted to someone else even with me meeting purchase qualification
