Terrible experience. Was in contact with them for over a week, obtained financing through Westlake. Called an explained I am 6 months pregnant and wanted to limit my contact. I wanted everything that could be completed over the phone or through email done before I made that 2 1/2 hour drive. I had already insured the vehicle before getting there so all I wanted to do was literally sign papers exchange down-payment and leave with my vehicle. I drove an hour and a half to see this Nissan Rouge, which is still listed on their website(!!!), snd when I got to the dealership they told me it had been sold the night before!! I called them twice on the day I was scheduled to go in and never once did they tell me the car was sold. Seems like they pull u in with deals like this. AVOID THE TRIP!! Avoid the visit. Shady!!
This dealership was nice when my husband & "I went to purchase a vehicle everything was okay until the next day we saw a slight dent on the front left bumper they told us it was nothing they could do about it ! So make sure that if you purchase a vehicle from here you look over the vehicle real good !! After you pay they don't care about you ! Not good business would never purchase a car again lost future business !
They didn’t answer my questions about the vehicle. Instead was trying to get me to the dealership. Where the pictures shows it’s missing a whole chair. So why just went and brought me a new bmw.
The car was very nice but it lacked extra options I was looking for. It was a base car. My most important option i was looking for was Navigation.
This truck is a nightmare, no exhaust , a/c does not work, lots of rust on the under carriage, very over priced for the amount you will spend to repair this truck
Vehicle was a 2011 challenger.. car was advertised as no accidents no damage. Went to dealership and there was pretty decent damage to the front bumper. Spoke to dealer that had no clue and put me on hold 4 times just for the sales manager to be rude and tell me he dipped the price of the vehicle yesterday when I've been tracking it for 3 weeks.
