Vehicle was a 2011 challenger.. car was advertised as no accidents no damage. Went to dealership and there was pretty decent damage to the front bumper. Spoke to dealer that had no clue and put me on hold 4 times just for the sales manager to be rude and tell me he dipped the price of the vehicle yesterday when I've been tracking it for 3 weeks. Worst experience ever. I was closing a deal with one salesman and we worked together to come to terms on a distance purchase. The day I was going to send a downpayment the salesman informed me another salesman sold the car. It was all greed as I am certain they got a better offer. Will never even look online at a car they offer!!

There was a terrible scratch & a few actually I told the guy if I did cash can the price come down or will they remove scratch & sales guy wouldn’t budget It was a nasty scratch too

I contacted the dealership to put a downpayment on the car to hold it. They called me back the same day to say they sold the vehicle but "hey, is there another vehicle you're interested in?" -- why bother, it may get sold from under me again.

First of all I want to say that the gentleman that helped me and had me test drive vehicle when I got there was very kind and seemed to want to help me so my 1 star rating has nothing to do with him..my issue is with the dealership itself and financing dept...i live almost 2 hours away from there and b4 I went I spoke to them on the phone and made very clear what my situation was..credit score not perfect and was putting a discussed down payment down and told them my income...person I spoke to on the phone made it sound like... read more

they did email but unfortunately, the dealer's rep did not provide answers to my questions. the dealers rep responded to my second request for price, gvw and pictures with "the vehicle was sold"

Dealer asked for an offer online. I made an offer and said I am out of state and have a trailer to pick it up. They implied they would negotiate if I came in saying they negotiate in person. I told them I wasn’t going to drive 1.5 hours, one way with a trailer just to be told price is not negotiable. They replied that it was not negotiable because they didn’t see many like it near where I live. Clearly they wanted to trick me into investing In the journey and then price gouge me when I got there. Internet manager Ashton was very professional and polite. Although I mentioned my current situation with my car still having a payoff balance but looking to trade in, they advised me it wouldn’t be an issue we can get a deal done, drove 2 hours for 30min convo with a very rude none enthusiastic sales manager who’s face & body language deemed miserable. They need an upgrade in professionalism from sales & communication perspectives

Ended up buying a different car. Turned out to have many things wrong with it, potentially very expensive things that were never disclosed before purchase. Appalled and disgusted by this "business". Highly unrecommended. Salesperson even said to take it wherever I wanted to have it looked at and any issues would be taken care of. Not only are they not being taken care of (all the issues, some they are fixing), but they're basically telling me my mechanic (over 30 years in the field) is wrong. Dispicable.
