RecommendedThe veternarians, and staff are wonderful. They are caring and compassionate. They helped us through a very difficult situation with one of our dogs. The only downside is they have a very full client list and sometimes it's hard to get an appointment when you have an immediate or urgent need of help, but I think this is the situation everywhere in Carlsbad. Sheila always does her best to work you in.

This is a great vet. I love the Paw Plans. But ever since Covid…. We cannot get them to answer the phone or return phone calls. We leave a message and don’t hear back. Customer service just needs a little help lately. Idk if it’s just hard to get good help in their office right now or what… But it is so hard to actually get a hold of them and talk to them. We love this place…. But sheesh. It’s getting a little ridiculous. If we ever get in and get a chance to talk, we know they will do a phenomenal job.
Everyone here is very courteous and helpful. Came to our car and took care of out babies. A different world we live in now. But we make it work!!
Everytime I come here with one of my pets, we are both treated with respect and patience. Visits and medical info is conveyed in an understandable manner, and they are extremely open to questions. Awesome vet!
They’re very quick and good with your fur babies. I always know my girls are in good hands.
Carlsbad Animal Clinic is great with my little Tia. They always ask if there is any other problems they need to address. Even with this covid where you can't go in the Vet will personally call you to inform you of what she did and ask if you have any questions. All staff are very friendly.
They are very professional and the vet explained the symptoms perfect for me to understand the problem and even printed out the symptom for me to read. I will be going back. Thank You that work there!
Very friendly, professional, and everything was done in a timely manner even with all the restrictions due to covid.
