I’ve always took my dogs here we have 5 dogs lol so a good vet is a must have. the Doctors awesome but her assistants/ receptionist lack kindness. Very unprofessional attitudes which almost caused my dog to get cremated when I specifically said that’s NOT what I had wanted multiple times. It’s never been an option for me to get my dog cremated. If they weren’t so rude and in a hurry to end the call on me , they would’ve been able to hear about the care I wanted provided for MY dog (that I had just lost over another dog atta... read more
I’ve been taking my dogs here for 12 years, and my family took our family dogs here since I was a child. I’m in the process of moving vets. Filling prescriptions here is a nightmare, you have to leave a voice mail and you never get confirmation. My dog has epilepsy and cannot run out of his phenobarbital. ... read more
They are extreme on the covid side of things to the point of ridiculousness. You can walk into a regular doctor or dentist office no problem. This place? you wait in your car. Reminds me of the silly people you see outside walking or driving a car still masked up.

We arrived at the office during the lunch hour and when Dr Mills saw us waiting in the parking lot, she came out to the car to check out the situation. She immediately took Mocha into the office, set her up with blood tests, got her going on fluids and made her comfortable. We had to leave Mocha over night, but the next... read more

Yesterday on 9/16/2017 (my birthday ), I made a phone call and the answering service had Dr. Castro call me immediately because I knew my beloved cat Ash was dying. Dr. Castro met my family & I at the clinic in 20 mins with no hestation whats-so-ever. My male cat had a blockage in his urethra back in June and we got him in just in time to save his life. But unfortunately, once a cat has a blockage they are prone to them the rest of their life. Well, he started showing the same signs a few days ago and yesterday, things cam... read more
