Lovely and perfect. We were upgraded for our anniversary. The room was lovely and cozy. The boutique feel was exactly what we were looking for. Also, for breakfast they give you a picnic style cooler with apples, honey bunches of oats, milk, orange juice, and a pastry! And they put it in front of your door for breakfast in bed when you're ready! Such a cute idea. Harry is the owner and was a pleasure to interact with!
Amazing stay The parking got a little tricky over the weekend. I loved the wooded area. Had a great night walk. The breakfast was a great add every morning.

Great location Cozy room & bath, no drawer space. Cheapest rate in Carmel for AT&T weekend.
Overall a good experience largely due to John who was on shift that evening. Efficient and friendly! Room needs some repair And repaint. Receptionist service was excellent and your breakfast basket, a lovely idea!

Nice hotel at a great value price during off-season. Located center of downtown Carmel. The room was beautiful and clean. The front desk staff member was very friendly and helpful. He made breakfast for us every morning! Thank you!
