This was our third loan with Carol, (two new purchases and a refi.) Everything went smooth, she did not hesitate to explore what options were available to us so we could make an informed decision that worked for us. There was never any pressure and if we never need a mortgage in the future we will be contacting Carol again.

Bank South and Lender Carol Schretter were the best. So professional yet also so warm and friendly. This was a remote purchase and we are self employed so many documents were needed.
