Mrs. Schretter was very patient with me during this process. She explained everything so simple and answered all of my questions. When she was sure about the answer she called someone to get it. This was our third loan with Carol, (two new purchases and a refi.) Everything went smooth, she did not hesitate to explore what options were available to us so we could make an informed decision that worked for us.
