Mrs. Schretter was very patient with me during this process. She explained everything so simple and answered all of my questions. When she was sure about the answer she called someone to get it. This was our third loan with Carol, (two new purchases and a refi.) Everything went smooth, she did not hesitate to explore what options were available to us so we could make an informed decision that worked for us. Bank South and Lender Carol Schretter were the best. So professional yet also so warm and friendly. This was a remote purchase and we are self employed so many documents were needed. They were on top of everything helping us along the way. They made the purchase seamless with closing on time. We would highly recommend.
