Good service overall and Carol come into our mortgage loan application at the end due to a change of staffing. Good communication overall and prompt response. Two things to add I feel would have helped during the process 1) list of staff names / roles at the very start who would be assisting with the loan because I am always worried about multiple emails from multiple senders and the possibility of being scammed etc. 2) being informed about the interest rate process and how each Monday the rates can change as well as rate lo... read more
