I always have the best experience with Courtney! My Botox always turns out perfect with her! She has such a gentle hand, you can barely feel any pricks. She truly cares and listens to your concerns. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kulbersh and his staff. Everyone was highly professional, maintained frequent communication and welcomed my questions. Dr. Kulbersh is not just a master facial surgeon; he is an artist. During pre-surgery consultations for a face-lift, he asked about my expectations and desired results. Dr. Kulbersh clearly explained and demonstrated the results I could expect. My post-surgery results were beyond my greatest expectations. The recovery period was exactly as he described. Dr. Kulbersh treats his patients in a very kind and caring way. In less than three weeks I started wearing make-up and resumed most pre-surgery activities. When my husband saw me the first time I wore make-up after surgery, he said I looked very natural and very beautiful. We both believe my face-lift was a great success and give Dr. Kulbersh our highest recommendation.

Dr. Kulbersh is a very kind person and if you need someone to address minor concerns with your nose and are not looking for a dramatic improvement then he may be a good choice for you. He is very conservative with the changes he makes, which can be a good thing for many patients. I do feel that for other patients' sakes though, some qualifiers need to be shared for those considering him as a provider. He did succeed in removing the hump from my nose and improved the angle of my tip from the side profiles. However, the septoplasty portion of my procedure was not a success, and a year later my nose was even more deviated than before and I've continued to have breathing problems. He is also a big fan of cartilage grafting to fix depressions, and this leads to a very wide and fat looking nose a year out. Personally I prefer thinner, more elegant looking nasal columns and tips especially for women. Be aware that image morphing from a front view can be hard to rely on because of the way the software portrays shadows. He did not reduce the bridge nearly enough or deproject the tip nearly enough and I had a polybeak deformity on one 3/4 view side. Overall, my nose looked a little better than before because it was so large and misshapen originally, but it was still a large and less than attractive nose at the end. He will tell you to wait a year to mention concerns, and when the one year followup comes around he is not at all open to revisions and will tell you to modify your expectations. He gave me three contradicting opinions on my deviated septum and said it would be "impossible" to fix. He is quite expensive and it was a bit disappointing at the end. I had a second opinion and a revision done by another surgeon and that revision surgery costed nearly the same as my primary with Dr. Kulbersh. Too early to tell but it looks so much better just after surgery than it did coming out of Dr. Kulbersh's procedure.

He truly listens to what my desired outcome will look like, and consistently delivers through his expertise. I would recommend going to Dr. Kulbersh if you are looking for natural-looking results.

I’m so happy I found Carolina Facial Plastics and Dr Kulbersh! I had rhinoplasty three years ago and I felt like the surgeon just made a complete mess of my nose. I was terrified at the thought of another surgery, but after my consultation with Dr Kulbersh I felt ready and excited for a revision. My entire experience has been absolutely amazing! I’m two weeks post op and I know I will continue to see progress for at least a year, but I’m already thrilled with my results!! Dr Kulbersh made sure I was happy with the plans for my new nose and thoroughly explained what to expect. We’re lucky to have him in Charlotte! I also see the PA - Heather - for fillers. She’s does amazing work! I’m a Carolina Facial Plastics fan for life!

Dr. Kulbersh is a truly an excellent surgeon. He has a wonderful gentle bedside manner. Very well-trained, compassionate, and listens to you as a patient. I never feel rushed and think his boutique-style office and surgery center are inviting and give an upscale feel. His staff is very professional, attentive, and accommodating. I chose to go with Dr. Kulbersh because he is double board-certified in both plastics AND otolaryngology, which not every plastic surgeon is!! This is important in trusting anyone to perform any kind of procedure on your face. His specializes in just the face, and I think this separates him from other plastic surgeons in the area—rather than being a generalist for other types of body plastic procedures. Overall I’m so happy I chose to go with Dr. Kulbersh for a rhinoplasty! My outcome looks so natural. I would strongly encourage anyone in Charlotte and beyond to visit him at his office for a consultation if they are contemplating a facial surgical procedure.
