I purchased a Big Deal coupon from Carolina In Home Flooring for carpet cleaning services. They cleaned the floors and they got out stain that kept coming back over a period of time. T They were wonderful, They came out within a few weeks of me purchasing the deal and I spent a hundred dollars above the deal amount. The stains have not come back so I'm very pleased. They used a steam cleaner.

built a plywood floor under a video cabinet and installed carpet in family room and hall. It went very well. The video cabinet could not be moved enough to put carpet under it, so they built a custom plywood piece with cutouts for the a/c vent and stained it. We actually like it better than carpet since the cabinet is more moveable. They noticed we had cats, and suggested a slightly higher quality of padding in case the cats become incontinent as they get older. We thought the carpet install was excellent. Installed laminate flooring in our downstairs approximately 1100 square feet. Everything was great. Drew came out to my house and brought me a ton of product samples. He was very knowledgeable and patient and helped us narrow down the selection based on what we were looking for in a floor. He was able to give an estimate immediately and then followed up with a digital copy via email. Replaced carpet in Family Room and stairs. Took up carpet in up stairs landing and hallway and replaced with wooden flooring. Took up carpet and tile in hallway bathroom and replaced with tile composite. Excellent. The crews showed up at the stated time and were very hard workers. The majority of the work was done on 5-9 and they had to return on Monday to finish up which did not take any time at all. Any mess that was made was cleaned up by the work crew.
