I used Carolina in Home Flooring to acquire a new carpet in my home. I like the quality of the carpet, nothing compares. They also took time to visit my wife and I at our home to save a trip to their sower. The samples they brought, they brought a wide selection and so it turned out into something we like. So now we have a carpet in our home. My only reservations about this particular company is the workers tend to be less than careful in carrying in these rolls of carpets. Drew came out and measured my floor area. He gave me an estimate. After he left my family decided to also do the hall. Drew came back and measured the hall with a new estimate. We agreed on the price and set a date for installation. Drew listened to what I needed and why and he directed me to a specific product. I selected a laminate and specific color for my loft work area. Whole House Carpet Cleaning Bought a $189 Big Deal for up to 1000 sq ft of carpet cleaning. Contacted the next day by Kelly who scheduled the appointment and went over in detail what was included in the Big Deal, the additional cost per square foot above 1000 sq ft, price for Scotchguard should I want that, policy for moving furniture, etc...very thorough. Installed laminate downstairs and replaced all carpet upstairs. The quote process was very fast. Martha came out and measured for the carpet upstairs. Then we decided to repair or replace the manufactured wood downstairs. Martha came out again to measure downstairs. She had all her samples with her so we were able to decide what we wanted.
