Professional, caring and take the time to explain what procedure is needed and why it's needed. As much fun as you can have getting a tooth extracted! Can't wait to get my implant. Ps. Dr. Cook is the fantastic!

The entire was very friendly and helpfull
Having Dr. Cook was amazing. The nurses were absolutely incredible as well. I was very nervous, come surgery day. But the second I walked into the operating room they had me laughing. We talked about many things and took my mind off of it. I couldn't have asked more a more comforting group of people. They told me multiple times that they would take good care of me and they kept their promise....
Everyone at CCOFS-LN that I have had the pleasure to meet has been awesome! Dr. Cook is absolutely the best. He is kind, gentle, funny and confident. He thoroughly explained every step of my procedure and answers all my questions until I understand. I have nothing but positive remarks to say about Dr. Cook, the precious dental assistants and office staff at CCOFS!
