Although any type of dental procedure is never pleasant, it is reassuring to know that you have the best care and consideration possible. Dr. Cook and staff at the Denver office are excellent!

I received wonderful care at Carolinas Center - Lake Norman. Both Dr. Tull and Carrie took the time to ensure that I understood every step of the procedure, and were both very caring. While I was nervous about the procedure when I arrived, they took such good care of me and made the whole thing so painless and quick that I left there with very positive thoughts about the entire experience. ...

I had two molars extracted and felt my care before, during and after to be extremely considerate and professional. I have a lot of confidence in Dr. Tull's skills and staff is very personable and efficient. So far I have made it through with no pain or nausea meds since my surgery yesterday -- remarkable I thought.

Everyone was very nice. The doctor as well. The only thing that I would want different is the kids get a chance to save their wisdom teeth. Nobody asked and we forgot until too late. I would highly recommend this office for further service. Thankyou to all of them.

Very friendly and professional staff including office personnel. Lindsey was a great assistant to Dr. Cook, who performed my extraction and implant. Dr. Cook is not only a consummate dental surgeon and medical doctor, he has very good interpersonal skills and is an excellent communicator and easy to talk with. Stingy/overly stressed doctors and low salaries Salaries are very low and didn't give bonuses and didn't let the staff know until the week before they were to be paid out
