I am glad that I decided to get the second opinion. I was not happy with the delays and non performance from my previous Dentist and the Surgeon. I have been thoroughly pleased with the professionalism and performance of Doctor Cook and Doctor Pence. In my opinion they make a heck of a team (Dentist and Surgeon across the Hall from each other). I would highly recommend them to anybody anytime....

My dentist was able to get an appointment for me the very next day. The staff was courteous and caring and Dr. Cook was gentle and kind.

When you're getting a tooth extracted, it seems weird to say you had a great experience, but I did. The staff was very knowledgeable about determining the finances of it all, swift to make and meet appointments, and caring and informative. I experienced really little pain and bleeding. Everyone was very professional.
