Wonderful salesperson, perfect product and the installers were very nice. However, the young red headed lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Im grieving the loss of my husband and she sat and talked with me for I dont know how long and was so kind to me, her words truly touched my heart and she was also super helpful with any questions she was able to answer. Please treat her with care. She does an amazing job, I will be a returning customer!
Cathy has been helping me select the best flooring option for a rental property I have, and she has been so helpful and kind. She even called back to recommend a higher quality product at a better price, which to me, is outstanding customer service! I have not yet purchased, but she will be the reason I do, because I appreciate her going above and beyond!
We enjoyed working with Mark Earle again. He is always so friendly and informative, giving us his time, attention, and advice. He makes buying flooring easy and fun. The guys who installed the carpet were efficient and thorough, and the floor was beautiful when they were done. They also were kind in answering our questions.
The store worked around my schedule so I would not have to take off work since I already miss a lot for my son who has chronic conditions. The crews were excellent!

Mark in Owensboro was amazing!! We were moving from St Louis to Evansville and decided kind of last minute we needed to change carpet in 3 bedrooms. Without hesitation he made it work. We can’t say enough great things about him! Robert the installer and his son were also awesome!
Installers were very efficient. Very happy with looks of carpet and laminate. Still need thresholds finished.
