Very professional barest installation
Going into the store is a great environment. Cathy was my sales person and she had me sold instantly. This was my second time purchasing flooring with Cathy and she was able to get me exactly what I wanted and at the budget I was expecting to be at. Awesome experience all together. Even the install team was great, minimum disturbance and was done way faster than expected. Definitely going to be a repeat customer with carpets unlimited.

The carpet is beautiful! The installer was prompt, professional, and very thorough. The people that moved our furniture were very careful and nice.
Mark the salesperson at Crandalls is very nice. He worked with us to complete all of our floors even at 2 different times. We were told that Mr Crandall actually searched the attic to find product. We are pleased! The installers were very nice and neat… they had us walk through before they considered it complete … I only have one name “Jorge” (spelling?) I think he was the person in charge. Love my new carpet. They were very quick to get it laid especially through the holidays.
Once the scheduling was worked out, everything else was great. Installers did a great job. Love the carpet.
