We love the floor. However, my husband took off an entire day to be there to move furniture. When the team got there they decided to each go to a different room so he was going from room to room to move furniture. There were a couple of times the guys went ahead and moved it without asking him specifically in our bedroom where he had to go back and fix the bed later that night. If they would have told him they needed it moved he would have done so. Now they are trying to charge us for the entire move of the furniture. I do n... read more
