Not the traditional car buying experience that I expected. James did not try to upsell when we told him exactly what we wanted. He also gave us information about a less expensive option when asked without pulling the usually "you don't want that car because...". He let us ake up our mind. Jake did not try to do the shark deal close that I was expecting. He offered all of the available add on options and was respectful and was not pushy when we declined. I wish I could give a grade higher than "great" for this dealership. This was the best car-buying experience I have ever had in my life (and I've purchased 6 new cars in the last 15 years in both New York and Oregon). I went in just to look expecting the same old experience, my what a surprize! Mark was easy to work with honest and made me feel like I was important. During the transactiom Jake was brought over to answer my questions in regards to payment options. Again I was totally shocked when should me ALL current rates and allowed me to determine what worked for me. For a young guy he was very knowledgeable about the things that were important to me. I was absolutely blown away by the sales department at Beaverton Nissan. I went in expecting your typical car shopping experience i.e. pressuring salesmen, even more pressuring sales managers, and just overall horrible service. I was very pleasantly surprised with the no pressure atmosphere, and knowledgeable people I dealt with.
