Hugo was great! I enjoyed the customer service provided by him. I am not sure why the follow-up email is not by him but by an internet sales person. I do hope he receives the sale instead of Douglas (internet salesperson) since Douglas contacted me more than a week after I reached out online. At that point I had already received the great service from Hugo and purchased the car from him. Please ensure you get this right in your system.
I have new shopping for a while I have been to several ifthw local dealers only to leave disappointed and empty handed. Shopping and purchasing at Beaverton was an exceptional experience. The staff met all my request's and made an easy painless experience for my whole family.
We found a 05' pathfinder that was an internet special that we really liked. We got in touch with Ben and he worked the numbers and set the deal up for us before we drove the almost 2 hours to get to the dealership. Once we got there we welcomed, had the pathfinder brought out to us and took it for a test drive. I don't think that it took even an hour from start to finish. I had a great experience buying my husband the 40th Anniversary 370Z. All the employees were nice and fun to work with for my big surprise. Every time I come in for service, seeing the same faces is a plus! The car was cleaned up and ready to go when I picked it up. The saleslady went thru the basics and off I went. He is in love with his car and I met some great people!
I am in sales myself and I can say that these guys went above and beyond any expectations I had. After visiting several other dealerships and being SEVERLY disappointed by the games that come with car shopping, the people at Beaverton Nissan were amazing. Hugo Alvarez helped me pick out the vehicle I wanted. No pressure, no games, no b.s.. He was great to deal with. Purchasing my Nissan Murano SV was an enjoyable experience. Tony was very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. I never expected to leave with a Nissan and am so happy and in love with what I ended up with which was my 2011 Nissan Maxima!!!! I would and will tell everyone to get their cars from not only Beaverton Nissan but especially TONY!!!!!! GREAT JOB AND SERVICE ALL THE WAY! And to even top it off they even gave me lifetime oil changes!
The experience was wonderful I was searching from dealer to dealer and was having a tough time finding the right car finally I called beaverton Nissan, they had the car I wanted so I went to look at it and left. I didn't have any time but I told them to call me with their best price and Joe Clark called me an hour later with the price and I was amazed they could do it, so I asked to have the car ready for me and they did. Great job guys! I would recommend you guys to everyone.
