After visiting two other dealers we went to B-N. The ydid not have the Maxima we wanted but they found it for us at the price we wanted to pay. The sales person Went over all features patiently and even programmed our phones. The manager Mehdi never offered us any extra warranties or sealants, other wise we wouldve walked away. We were in and out in less than an two hours alltogether. I will service my Maxima there and recommend all friends and family.
This is an update to an earlier review I posted. I tried editing my first review, but each time got an Unable to Display Page error, so I'm adding a new one. Two hours after I posted my review of this dealership, my 2004 Murano broke down. The culprit? A hopelessly corroded wiring system, which necessitated both the wiring harness and alternator replacement. The alternator replacement was simple, however, because this particular repair hasn't been performed frequently or at all on a Murano, Nissan doesn't even have specs on ... read more
I located my "dream car" on the internet at Beaverton Nissan. I emailed for more information and received a call back from Melanie, their internet sales manager, within five minutes. I also received an email response from one of their sales people at another one of their dealerships within a half hour. Unusual, since I'd emailed several dealers over the past three weeks for more information on a car and never received a response...ever. It made me wonder why have an emailing for more information feature if they never check o... read more
Please don’t ever go to this dealership. I walked in looking to trade my car in. The sales rep Evé had helped me. He came back to me and stated that it would be better to take the loan instead of doing a trade in. I let him know that I wouldn’t be able to afford two car payments. He then suggested and pushed me to voluntarily repo my other car. I let him know I didn’t want to do that and he still continued to push me just to get a sale. After going home and talking with family about things, they said that it’s not a good ide... read more
They seem nice enough when you walk through the doors, but we went here twice and had zero follow up after both visits. We asked for a quote for a lease on a rogue and they ghosted us. Extremely unprofessional.
BUYER BEWARE! Illegal and dishonest business practices were exercised by several employees at Beaverton Nissan with my purchase of a used Nissan Xterra. I am so disgusted with the complete disregard of ethical business practices not to mention illegal selling tactics practiced by the salesperson I personally worked with. I was told that I HAD to buy the warranty and the Stargard products in order to obtain financing for my vehicle purchase. I had a trade in which they grossly under paid me for in addition to an $8,000 down p... read more
It will be a cold day in xxxx before I ever again think about the Beaverton Nissan Dealership. If you check with the BBB, they won't even consider it a viable business. They might consider themselves masters of a craft but I consider them most dubious, totally distrustful, liars to the nth degree and one of my most favorite adjectives...motley! They are totally unprofessional in every way from manner of dress to skirting circles and circles around the truth. They give the customer the impression that he or she has the word s... read more
Will not be a repeat customer, will never recommend. Contacted dealership almost immediately about issues with the 2023 we paid FORTY SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS for. Salesman quit contacting me, SERVICE manager laughed at me, told me he'd pass my concerns on & the dealership head would contact me- has not happened. HATE the car we purchased. Dealership makes you buy clear vinylstickers for the doors ($ 400), locking hubcaps and a tracking system - REQUIRED to purchase ANY vehicle from them. One of the worst dealership experiences ... read more
