"Beware" I went to this dealership to buy a Murano S. Everything was going well, until the final paperwork, and their salesman Bryan, tried to sneak in $800 worth of accessory costs. It includes some insurance for when you lose your car key which is around $300, which everyone knows, is totally optional. I questioned the amount as it was not in their advertisement and he didn't mention this at all during the negotiation. "No call back" I contacted Carr Nissan service to schedule work to be done. Initially they called back, seemed friendly and ready to help. The service person said they would check on parts availability and call me back. After waiting all day, I called again the next day. Left another specific msg for the service person. Days later, No response. They may be good, but I guess I will never find out.

A week ago I ordered a new replacement cup holder for the center console of my 2014 Nissan Titan. The parts department contacted me a few days later to let me know it was there. They stated that I could come in and pick up the part and that the service department could install it for me. So the next week I came in picked up my part and walked over to the service department. Went on a test drive, ran out of gas. I ended up leasing the car, but when they put gas in the scratched the paint. They said they would have everything ready for me to fix on the 30 day inspection so we made an appointment. Called my salesman the night before to remind him I was coming in. He wasn't there they when I arrived. Nor were any appointments I was promised made for me.Also, one of my keys didn't work and it must have been for another customers car. First they won't honor the "Life time" oil change agreement/contract I had with BV Nissan. They did give me 3 free oil changes. I just used one of those free oil changes, which they also provided a vehicle inspection. No one came to talk to me when the car was done, but later when I was looking over the inspection sheet I saw that they had marked that I needed a new air filter and that the brake fluid was low. I purchased our Nissan Maxima with a FREE LIFETIME OIL CHANGE from Beaverton Nissan before Carr bought the business. Carr will not honor the FREE LIFETIME OIL CHANGE. When one business purchases another, they also honor the previous business' contracts. Shame on Carr and the previous owners of Beaverton Nissan for giving customers the shaft!!!!

I bought a used Honda Element, drove car home after dark and noticed dash lights very low, showed sales manager next day... and then dash lights went out so couldnt see any gages... tried to call and speak with sales person, sales manager, and general manger for DAYS to talk to someone about it, no response, finally got ahold of general manager and took my car to dealership after dark so he could see problem.. he tried to tell me i bought a used car and my problem... but i told him the problem was noticed the night i drove i... read more

The sales people were rude, loud, none professional, didn't uphold to there bargain agreements,on repair work. this was the worst buying experience ever only reason I bought the car was for the car it self. They were totally rude to my wife, the sales peoples actions were totaly unacceptable I drove 200 miles and got treated like crap. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone nor will I buy another car there.. I feel corrective should be taken i.e. termination might be a good concideration !!!
