Continue to be impressed with this office, doc, and staff. Always find the staff to be extremely helpful, accommodating, and flexible. I was really nervous about getting aligners/braces as an adult but they’ve made the experience super easy. LOVE the results they’ve provided to me and my kiddos. We’ve only had one appointment so far, but so far the office is great. I’m a medical practice manager so I understand how efficient and organized a facility has to be in order to provide an overall great experience for patients. The office was clean and beautiful, the staff was genuinely friendly (from the front desk to the provider), and they were organized in their patient flow and in the information they gave us as to how we moved forward with our daughter’s treatment plan.
