Verified Renter Nice neighborhood and friendly staff. Place looks nice upon initial glance but the cheapest paint and carpet I’ve ever seen. Same goes with the appliances. Double check that they’re brand new and not just cleaned because they will reuse them if you don’t say anything.

Verified Renter Average Expereience ok..community wise we have friends who are helpful, also the support tecnjcialas are good but apartment is old and lot of noise from upper apartment, had a couple of leaks as well , now it is fixded

Verified Renter Love my apt. And the neighbors. Clean, safe, and good value. Mgmt. Team is on the ball and keeps us in the know when needed. The only issue is the interior doors that get slammed between the entry and the foyer.
