Verified Renter I recently moved here and completed 6 months. The community is amazing. Apartments Roads are maintained and in good condition. People in the front office are very nice and knowledgeable

Verified Renter Average Expereience ok..community wise we have friends who are helpful, also the support tecnjcialas are good but apartment is old and lot of noise from upper apartment, had a couple of leaks as well , now it is fixded

Verified Renter Love my apt. And the neighbors. Clean, safe, and good value. Mgmt. Team is on the ball and keeps us in the know when needed. The only issue is the interior doors that get slammed between the entry and the foyer.

Verified Renter It's been good so far. No charging extra for the trash removal, water and sewage is commendable. Enough parking space for the residence. If only there is some surveillance camera, that would be great

Verified Renter Loving it here so far. Staff are sort of rude in the office besides that it’s great, the gym, the playground, and the community is nice and it’s a great place to live with kids, the events with the neighbors are fun also.

Verified Renter Living here for 2 years. Pretty nice place. Quiet and comfortable place to live. Leasing Experience was really good. Nearby amenities are there. Lots of close shopping/restaurants, and it's only about 15 minutes to downtown.
