Verified Renter The location is the main advantage of it. The maintenance service is also quite good except for the management office which can be a bit rude at times.

Verified Renter There is no proper acknowledgement or response from leasing office for some emails of residents. No rewards for lease renewals. Even not much offers for new residents also. Sometimes received worst maintenance service. Small maintenance issues they are fixing fine but any huge issue maintenances not happening in a timely manner. Also they are not informing residents properly about ETA of the maintenance work.
