Verified Renter Carriage park apartments are good place to be with family since it has small park, play area, tennis courts, near to bus stop and other facilities. Leasing office staff could be better in responding residents queries.

Verified Renter There is no proper acknowledgement or response from leasing office for some emails of residents. No rewards for lease renewals. Even not much offers for new residents also. Sometimes received worst maintenance service. Small maintenance issues they are fixing fine but any huge issue maintenances not happening in a timely manner. Also they are not informing residents properly about ETA of the maintenance work.
