Verified Renter Quiet. Efficient. For my needs: remote office. Coffee shop and restaurant would really set the place off. No common areas to meet and greet the neighbors. Housekeeping is 1st rate.

Verified Renter I am always impressed with how clean and organized the entire community is. The surroundings of apartments and town homes are always clean and grass and trees are mowed and trimmed to perfection.
Verified Renter As long as no interaction with leasing office, the experience is good. People in leasing office are often irresponsive, Manager behaves/responds rudely and is not considerate. They cheated me on referral bonus by delaying for several months and then saying time has passed for claiming. They charge $90 for acidental lockouts , and they will let us in only if we pay the money and in cash. Need to improve security in the community.
