Verified Renter Many policy changes recently and recidente no say in it . Feel like the residents are not welcomed here. Maintenance was good but now we expected to pay for the wear and tear as well.

Verified Renter Nice community. Very close to gian eagle, kuhns, salon, hospital, groceries stores. Outside maintenance is very good. They keep it very clean

Verified Renter The apartments are really nice and spacious BUT the residents are something else. They leave their doors open, kids in the hallway, laundry rooms with clothes in the machines for hours. The management tries but they are out numbered. I love my apartment but once I step out of the door you never know what you're going to get.
