Verified Renter Great neighborhood with excellent public commute options to downtown. Maintenance is prompt. Apartments are old but remodeled ones are good. Too many policy changes and increasing rent in middle of lease is never heard off but they did here(bad practice). I am a long time resident but after this I am not sure if I want to continue here anymore.

Verified Renter Its a great experience except a small issue with roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Something better can be done to eradicate roaches before moving in

Verified Renter Quiet. Efficient. For my needs: remote office. Coffee shop and restaurant would really set the place off. No common areas to meet and greet the neighbors. Housekeeping is 1st rate.
