Verified Renter So far everything is good with the townhome. Initially there was a lot of roaches when we moved in but they do get pest control every month to get rid of them. Neighborhood is good. Community area is big and amenities are good.

Verified Renter Roaches is the biggest issue here. Even if management is doing efforts to clean them out, but looks like it's not working out somehow. Maintenance process is very quick and good and so does the management team.

Verified Renter Carriage Park Apartments is a beautiful community . A lot of families live here. I’m in a bottom floor apartment with a beautiful scenic view. My apartment was renovated before I moved in, which makes is great for a place to call home sweet home the next 3 years.
