Verified Renter It nice place to stay but it is required some more maintenance to improve the leaving quality. It has nice kid play area and jogging area. It is very good community to stay. Safety waise it is secure place

Verified Renter I haven"t been in an apartment for over 20 years. I found Carriage Park on line and came for a visit and signed that day. Meets all of my needs and moved in yesterday. Great staff and the building neighbors seems very nice.
