Verified Renter Love living here spacious convent and peaceful place to live. Fast response to any problems. Clean and attractive apartment building Neighbors are quiet and watch out for each other. You can get packages delivered and no one will steal them. Staff is helpful and friendly. Convient to grocery stores and churches. Safe area with police close by. Wildwood is quaint and well kept Restaurants are co plentiful and delicious Wildwood has a city celebration each fall which is fun and exciting to attend

Verified Renter Great community and location. The staff are helpful and kind. Putting in service requests and overall easy of use is great here. Only downside so far has been the lack of cleaning in the gym and bathrooms for the gym / pool.
Verified Renter Nice place to live! I have been here for two years and my neighbors are pleasant. The maintenance guys will fix the issues with your unit quickly enough if you bug them about it persistently.
Verified Renter Dead trees were removed after one fell on a car. New street signs added which are very nice. Still, the buildings are in desperate need of cleaning and overhangs are in need of repairs as well. Siding missing showing wood rot.
