Verified Renter I have lived here for five years and like this place because the location is perfect for my work place. The office staff and maintenance staff are so kind.
Verified Renter This place is a good place to live. However the parking is not great. I live on the third floor and go to school at night and I usually have to park two buildings away because all of the spots are full. 3 bedroom apartment if spacious except for the kitchen . It is very small and the Frigde is outdated. There is a woman in the office that was not helpful. I brought her a check and she turned the money away with out informating me that I could submit an e check.
Verified Renter Settling into the community and enjoying the beautiful scenery and peace surrounding the property. A little frustrated with being unable to get answers from management as to why my w/s/t bill is monumentally high for such a small unit. Pool could use some maintenance and love, other than that the staff is always kind and friendly, we’ve met some very nice neighbors so far and feel safe here as we adjust to our new home.
Verified Renter a lot of confusion at move in date and I was overcharged for the first month which makes it challenging when you consider all of the additional application fees and other changes that occur outside of the actual rent payments.

Great place My apartment is very cozy, in the center of St. Louis Missouri it is very close to th city and close to the country side. The apartment complex is a great place to raise a family or just to enjoy your single life. The neighborhood is in the center of a quite community and there is a nice lake to fish and enjoy a couple brews by. Everyone at the help desk is very nice and help you out with any problems your home might encounter. I've been here for 5 years and I've loved every part of it.
