Verified Renter In the beginning everyone in the front office was very helpful and courteous to answer your questions. But once you’ve agreed to your lease it was hard to get a hold of anyone to ask for help with other questions and requests. Phone calls and emails were not responded to and I had to go to the office to try and speak with someone just to get answers. And when you get to the office everyone is busy and cannot help and asked to come back another time.
Verified Renter Everyone has been very welcoming! We love the amount of useable space in our new apartment. Very spacious and roomy with lots of storage opportunity. The patio is a huge plus!
