My intial service... (Verified Renter) My intial service request with this one was for the air conditioner not working correctly. For this one the work request was answered promptly and corrected within the hour of calling. However there were two issues that took up to 4 weeks to fix. This was for a leak in the ceiling in the living room area and a broken blind in the master bedroom. I had made multiple requests and even told I would be charged 25 dollars to fix the blind....
My only complaint... (Verified Renter) My only complaint right now is that the breezeway does not get cleaned out every week like it used to. There are grass clippings cobwebs and trash. I have swept the area out many times especially right in front of everyone's doors. But like I said other than that I really enjoy living here.

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this apartment to friends because you get a good amount of space and amenities for the price and location. The community is fairly quiet and for the most part, the staff is helpful just disorganized. Event put on by the office staff are also very nice!
