it's a headache there's a lot of incidents that happens, ppl coming Rob, break in apartment, and there still no cameras

Thank you for the feedback. While we currently do not have cameras on the property, we do have a courtesy patrol company that was contracted in February. We are also working closely with our local police. We have seen great improvements and fewer incidents since they have been contracted on. It took me... (Verified Renter) It took me nearly 4 months to get my ice maker fixed in my refrigerator after placing my initial request. 3 requests later and 2 in person visits and I finally got it fixed in January 2018. To my knowledge the ice maker never worked. But I am glad that it was finally fixed. My only issue thus far.
Seems like more... (Verified Renter) Seems like more and more you all are letting anybody stay here. I cant sit in my car without someone making unwanted advances at me. Also, the trash on the grounds and in the parking lot is a serious problem. I have witnessed kids and adults take trash to the dumpster only to set it outside of the dumpster. Please enforce some type of rules to stop this.
Very Bad Service We are current residents at this apartment. Their Service is the worst. Our AC is broken every other week. The repair is always ineffective.

I swore I would never live in another apartment because the walls were thin & i could hear everything my neighbors did,& I do mean everything! & I haven't lived in one in about 30 yrs. But to my surprise it's very quite I can't hear my neighbors through my walls. The grounds are very well kept & beautiful! The office staff are all very nice &friendly & very helpful. Communication is bad... (Verified Renter) Communication is bad and request don't get entered. Personally it seems as if people just work for a check not to provide a service or make residents love where they live. Just saying I have sent emails and request about issues with spiders yet I still have to do complaints on the same issue. But when the first come around you want that rent.
