This is a... (Verified Renter) This is a very nice community to live in, it is a convenient area once they complete the work on interstate highway 290. There have not been any apartment break-ins that I am aware of, I feel safe and secure walking at night or going to my mailbox. I really should utilize the fitness center more often. These are the reasons I would recommend this apartment community.

3x2 Apartment! Well I've lived at these apartments for two years now. As you know just like any Apartment there are Pros and Cons to them! I will go over both of them so you can get a better idea if this is the right apartment for you or not! Pros: I personally picked these apartments because it has a great location for me! It's located between FM 1960 and 290 Hwy! It has plenty of stores and fast food restaurants just across from apartments! Places like Walmart, Target, Panda Express and plenty of gas stations. Carrington place appartments. Carrington is a wonderful, and quite luxurious apartment complex. And since I have lived here i have experienced nothing but care and love.
Amazing Place to live Office staff is wonderful. The apartment floor plans and upgrades are wonderful. I could see my self living here for a while. Cable included. Supersized garages. Private driveways. Huge pool. Quite area. Respectable neighbors. No complaintsurprise whatsoever. Maintanance is there the next day when needed.
Open floor plan I love my open floor plan and the crown molding in my apartment. The complex is pretty quiet for the most part, which is great.
The hallway stink... (Verified Renter) The hallway stink with trash when we walk out; It smells like a dead animal. It' embarrassing when company comes over.
