My name is Michael Morgan and I just recently bought my first home with the help of Cary Humphrey and his team at Embrace home loans. I honestly don't think this would have happen without Cary and his determination to make it work. he was unbelievable in the way he dealt with a few bumps in the road. I was on maternity leave while in the process of purchasing our house. Needless to say an already stressful situation was multipled with a new baby. Cary was fantastic! He answered all my questions as a first time home buyer quickly and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way! I will highly recommend his services to family and friends!

Cary was very helpful providing a preapproval everytime we needed a new one. It took us about a year to finally come up with the right house for us but Cary was very patient every step of the way. If you want someone understanding and patient, Cary is definitely the person to go with. New rules did make the underwriting process longer than expected and so don't plan to close quickly. But, Cary did try to speed things up for us because he knew we wanted to close quickly.

Cary was very responsive and accurate with the paperwork on our property. Cary answered all our questions and fought for us with the appraisal and financing for our place. We are from out of town and Cary made us feel very comfortable closing on our property digitally and without incident. Cary made us feel important and like family in his attentive style.You will not go wrong by having Cary complete your financing.

This was the 6th house I have purchased ... My wife and I (on a whim) went and looked at a house recently listed on a Saturday. The real estate agent suggested that I call Cary, not only did he answer, we had a pre-approval that day to make our offer a little more solid.
