Came in for a wellness check and I pointed out that my pup had a limp on his left leg. They didn't se a limp and didn't check it. Now he can't walk at all on his leg and I have to go somewhere else to get it checked out.
The staff is friendly but that's about it. I felt taken advantage of, not being told what puppy shots were optional and what was mandatory. No explanation of why they force shots upon you. They hand you some paperwork and say, "This is happening today, ok? Now sign the bottom". I later asked why I wasn't given an option with optional shots, or even told they were optional... all they said was, it's important. I have been bringing my pup since she was 8 weeks old. She is now 9months. Have had several visits, vaccines, exams and whatnot. The staff are always very nice and sweet....but they are always busy and it's hard for them to answer the phone, I am always immediately put on hold when I call. Hung up on 10 day policy after adoption. If you adopt in Casa Grande, and you want your pet checked out make sure the appointment is made that instant because they say their appointments are 14 days out, and you have only 10 days after adoption to get the animal checked out.

This is my husband's review of his time there yesterday: My dog and I showed up at 9:45 for our 10:00 am appointment, filled out and turned in by 10:00 am. At 10:45 am, obviously forgotten about after watching multiple vehicles come and go, receiving service and leaving prior to anyone coming to even update me on status, I called to see where I was in line. I believe I was taken advantage of with a bait and switch scheme and was defrauded. Was billed $485 for a Diabetes test.
Called on a Sunday for an emergency. The girl I talked to was extremely rude. I asked if I could have my dog seen as he wouldn't eat and was vomiting. She put me on hold after saying "wait". She came back and seemed put out that I even had the audacity to ask to want to bring my dog there. She said, " okay, but you'll have to be here like now if you wanna be seen and it'll be a walk in". I took my 15 years old in for a check up. They told me she was healthy, nothing to worry about. a few days later, I took her back in for a cough. "oh she has a stage 4 heart murmur " wtf! The vet didn't check her heart. The manager was rude and did nothing to try to fix the situation. No I will fix this, I'm sorry. Nothing. The managers response was unacceptable. Go elsewhere!!!
