I hate to say I have had yet another lack luster experience with CGAH. I took my Golden who rapidly lost weight and was refusing to eat in on Tuesday. I found a mass in her throat at the same time she started losing weight so I assumed like a lot of Golden’s she likely had cancer. Upon examination the vet did not take her temperature and barely touched her. He said that she likely had valley fever but wanted to aspirate the mass for pathology as well. I told him she had not eaten in 24 hours and was vomiting any food I could... read more

Front office staff employees have no idea how to properly schedule an appointment ie scheduling the correct Dr for the correct procedure. Nor do the staff provide all pertinent information when setting an appointment (animal is kept overnight). The front office staff are a joke and don't use the nicest tone of voice for voicemails either, and why was the caller ID blocked? The vets themselves are great, the front office staff suck.

Business response:

Thank you for the feedback, Erin. We want each and every visit to our hospital to be the best and we’re sorry to hear that wasn’t the case when scheduling your last appointment. We’ll be looking at ways we can improve our client service internally to ensure this incident does not happen again. If there is anything else you wish to discuss, please do not hesitate to give us a call and ask to speak with our practice manager.

I took my 5mo old Great Dane in last minute because she wasn’t acting right.. she was diagnosed with Parvo, a dog owners worst nightmare.. unfortunately we couldn’t afford for her to stay and get treated, the staff there prepared and taught us how to treat her at home and was very knowledgeable about all questions.. after a few days of treatment at home, we called to ask more questions about recovery and they answered questions over the phone without any hesitation.. I’m very excited to let y’all know my baby is in recovery ... read more

CGAH has grown so much since I first moved to Pinal County. It was fine in the old building, but ever since they expanded into the new building (which has been quite a while now), they have not been able to keep up with the demand. But they try. They've been good to me and my pride of kittehs, but it is frustrating to have to fight for their attention.

If you are going to prescribe Bravecto, you really should warn people that Bravecto can cause seizures. If I'd have known that before, my Sadie might be alive today.

NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER use casa grande animal hospital. Literally they have damn near $1000 pd on the account and still haven't diagnosed anything. The chick on the phone says "we don't help people for free". ARE YOU KIDDING ME YOU HAVE MONEY ON THE ACCOUNT. Never asked for free service and everything is paid so far and they acting this way. I will never recommend them ever again EVERRRRRRRR.

Went in as a walk-in - I waited 3 hours and ended up leaving. At no point did anyone tell me it would be this long of a wait and only one staff (a girl that was not even working at desk) even acknowledged I had been waiting. I understand that walk-ins take more time - but 3 hours with no end in sight AND no communication about how much longer is frustrating. I will not be returning and am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication.
