Took my little pup here yesterday because he was in too much pain to go on. I couldn’t even speak as I walked in. The receptionist was very compassionate and discretely handed my friend a form and asked if that was the reason for our visit. She then ushered us into a room without hesitation. The vet tech came in to speak with us and was again, very compassionate. I was able to hold my guy as he relaxed and passed, the whole experience was as calm and peaceful as it could have been. We are sad that Dr. Carlson has moved on. She helped us out tremendously with our baby Asia. Asia has Addison’s disease and also had bladder stones. We have been through so much with her and she’s still going strong! We are now in the hands of Dr. Metcalf and had our first visit with him recently. He is truly amazing! He was funny, kind and so caring! We are very happy to be a part of the CGAH family and have been now going on 7 years! Dr McWhirter and his assistant Tina at the CG Animal Hospital are amazing! All the staff that I encountered were great. A week ago I took our hound Rosie to a different vet's office in another town to have a couple masses removed. After a few days I noticed that the sutures appeared to be tearing loose. I took her back in to that office and they discarded my concerns about Rosie's sutures and made me feel like I was being overly concerned. My instincts were not wrong the next day they tore loose. I can not say enough good things about our recent experience at casa grande pet hospital. My little dog Bitsy was brought in on the verge of death and I don't think any of us expected her to pull through...but with the excellent vets and a rockstar tech named Jen she's with us today. We will be forever grateful for your helping us through a very horrific and scary time. You have no idea what your kindness and compassion last weekend meant to us. Thank you all so very much!!
Amazing vets, techs and staff! They are compassionate and knowledgeable; a rare trait these days. You may have to wait a bit for an appointment or on walk in days but they make you feel welcomed and it’s worth the wait!
Great doctors and staff! They are even available on Sunday! Love this animal clinic!
