Can't say enough about these people. My dog ran away our first day in casa Grande from mass. I was so worried. Looked everywhere. Finally posted something on Facebook. Not to long later I got a call saying he was there. When I got there the women at the front desk was friendly ,told her why I was there she went in the back to check and let me in the back. Clean, professional, and friendly. The Vet came in the room and actually looked at Balou while I was in there, he was not taken to another room and examined. That meant a lot to me. The doctor listened to my consistent rambling about my dogs and why I was there. Saved me several hundred dollars by suggesting doing another procedure while Balou was already out!!!! This was a walk in appointment. I would recommend Casa Grande Animal Hospital to my family and friends. Thank you!
Dr. Kramer was amazballs!!! My Georgie had an infection in his eye. He is so skidish. The vet and the tech were great w him. George lived them both. No run around no bs. Just some good old cortisone and 2 days later he is practically perfect. Just a slight redness left! Thanx Dr. Kramer and staff! Very nice, helpful, and professional:)
