My dog had a bad allergic reaction this morning. After exhausting all of efforts at home it was time to get her seen. This is a Sunday morning. I called and they said bring her in. They have never seen my girl before. We get there with a one year old in tow and they send a tech to the waiting room to look at her. After deciding she isn’t in Anaphylactic shock they tell me they will get to us soon. Very caring staff and experienced vets. We had to have our older dog put down the other day and the staff stayed with me through out the whole process and later sent us a card with the signatures of each staff member for our loss. Very caring!!
Experienced and cordial staff, from receptionists, vet technicians, cashiers and doctors.
The vet techs are very caring. The vet did a thorough exam and treatment was efficient. He took time to make sure I understood meds instruction. The hours are great.
