I was there one night and I went to the server station to talk to the server (kristina) and she was chugging a beer in the server station and it made sense why she wasn't very attentive. I will never go back. The place was okay it’s was the just bad customer service. The server should of attended my table more I was not satisfied! 0-10
Generally the staff is just rude and the service really poor. Employees are disgruntled and yes, I have tried so many times over the years to make this place work, but frankly it’s just poorly managed. Very poor customer service and the staff is horribly untrained. After taking a friend there to celebrate her birthday, we waited 2 hours for the food after we put in our order and 3 people ordered salads. When we complained every staff member blamed someone else on the staff but not one staff member ever apologized for the delay.
