Stop, don’t go.... Don’t waste your money on poor food and smelly place. Employees and owner write reviews to mislead you. Owner will lie about you if you tell the truth. Sad because it’s in our gated community. Ripped us off for more than $50.00. Took our money.
Never Again I have never in my life been so insulted. After having to get up to refill our iced teas and salad dressing, I asked our waiter Camren how he would rate his performance as our waiter tonight, he replied 5 star, Stellar. I could not help laughing. Then I replied and I've had to get up Three times so far tonight! Poor service and food wasn't all that great. Also, watch your receipt once it clears the bank. :-(
Waiter didn’t right down the order and got it wrong, steak was tough, didn’t bring second wine until we were done eating, slow to acknowledge we were there.
We came in for drinks, sat at the outside bar for at least 5 minutes waiting for service. We were not acknowledged nor did anyone attempt to take our order, despite 3 waiters standing in the area. We live in the area and have enjoyed the outside music, food and view-but not so much tonight. Disappointed.
Our first time there and it was not a good experience. We didn't have a reservation but we got there at 5:30 pm. NO crowd inside for dinner but the outside bar was full. We asked to be seated in the dinning area and were told no. They didn't have a single table in there at the time. They set us up (a group of 10) right behind the inside bar. So sad how bad the service and food is...and has been. What a waste of an awesome venue.
I've been to this restaurant 6 or 7 times and tonight was the worst service I've ever gotten at ANY establishment. When asked about what was going on, the waitress replied "I just work here" and walked away. When the food came out an hour and a half after we ordered it was dry and obvious that it had been sitting on the counter for at least 20 minutes. Two of the orders were wrong. I love their muscles but not enough to ever subject myself or my friends to that kind of treatment again. Very disappointed.
