Food not that good. Salad came out when almost finished with dinner and had to ask twice to get it Service poor. Couldn’t get drink refills. Band was great but don’t come for the food. You will be disappointed.
Food was mediocre. Two things came out wrong, and appetizers came after I finished my burger! Plus, med rare apparently is not in their vocab. The band however was great!
RecommendedNot sure what is going on with Cas Cay but we were there on Monday night for appetizers. All of their seafood appetizers we had (shrimp cocktail and Angry mussels) were very close to being spoiled. We have a house at Burnt Store Marina and have been extremely disappointed the last few times there. Something needs to change.
Got there 1.5 hours before closing and they told me they weren’t taking any more takeout orders. Guess they don’t need my business. And now they won’t have it...
Two hour wait. Ordered 2 Steak dinners med well with baked potato. Ordered 2 salads. Had to ask a different waiter for salads never came. Steak Came back red and with French fries. Sent it back 20 minutes later it came back. Told the bus boy we ordered baked potatoes not FF. he brought us back one baked potato. Wife ordered filet with baked potato. FF. Again. Still no baked potato. Ask for 2 to go box brought one Won’t be back. Never eat my steak. Service was horrible.
We got there at 3:50 and was told that at 5:30 was reservations only but that we had plenty of time to eat. After 3 different servers a Waitress took our orders at approximately 4:05 brought our Pepsi but never brought my water. At 4:35 she asked if we needed more Pepsi and we asked how much longer for our food then she says that the kitchen help dropped the chicken and had to be remade. We told her to forget it and we left. This place is completely not worth your time!!
Got here at 3:00 pm had drinks and fun. Ordered food at 5:30pm and was told our table was reserved and we had to move outside the restaurant to get the food we already ordered! No reserved signs on our table! I will tip our server well but lots of business lost! No signs anywhere about reservations!
View is great. Food is good. But seems like every time I’ve been there, the service was bad. Servers seem to have a bad attitude. Today, the server complained that the snowbirds had already returned. I am a year round resident, but I found his comment rude.
