Summer was a fantastic realtor. Her knowledge of the area and intuitive notions of what we were looking for were top notch. Summer is the consummate hard worker. This woman is a dynamo. Without a doubt if you need a real estate agent who is responsive, accurate and thorough go with Summer. A person who is excellent in every aspect of her life. She's a spectacular dancer, and baker. The use of these skills to enrich the community and contribute to numerous charities speaks to her enthusiasm. This provides a good indicator for the care she uses with everything she does. Summer was very helpful in the selling of our home then the closing of our new home. She was knowledgeable and courteous in all aspects of our experience. Tim Castle with Castle Real Estate did a fantastic job of working with us to sell our Mom's house. In my opinion, Tim Castle, is one of the absolute top real estate agents in this area! Tim was referred to me by a friend whose house he sold in 2 weeks! When it was time for me to sell my house, I also used Tim Castle and MY house was under contract within two weeks! Tim is a polite, nicely dressed professional. He is very knowledgeable and intone to the sellers concerns and needs. . . especially when I needed to get roof quotes for my hail damaged roof.
