Summer is the consummate hard worker. This woman is a dynamo. Without a doubt if you need a real estate agent who is responsive, accurate and thorough go with Summer. A person who is excellent in every aspect of her life. She's a spectacular dancer, and baker. The use of these skills to enrich the community and contribute to numerous charities speaks to her enthusiasm. This provides a good indicator for the care she uses with everything she does. In my opinion, Tim Castle, is one of the absolute top real estate agents in this area! Tim was referred to me by a friend whose house he sold in 2 weeks! When it was time for me to sell my house, I also used Tim Castle and MY house was under contract within two weeks! One year later, this past June 2020, my husband used Tim to sell his house ... and his house was under contract within two weeks as well!! Tim went above and beyond in helping us with the sale of our home and finding, negotiating, and purchasing a new home. He and his team are punctual, professional, and respectful.
