Tim is by far the best realtor I have ever dealt with. He is extremely knowledgeable and breaks the real estate lingo down in terms that you can understand. I left every showing knowing a little more about real estate. I felt confident knowing that he would always have my best interest at heart and I trusted him 100%. I will never use or recommend anyone but Tim Castle to buy or sell a house for me. You won't find anyone more professional, knowledgeable or passionate in this business.

Tim by far exceeded my expectations in a realtor. He helped my through the entire process as a first time home buyer. His expert knowledge in his career field is remarkable. I have worked with a few other realtors in the past but Tim is the only one I felt completely comfortable with and I will continue to do repeat business with him and his company as well as refer others to him.

I have had the opportunity of working with Tim for approximately 15 years. He is very knowledgeable in his field and when he sold me my commercial building years ago, it was very well negotiated and was executed efficiently. He is a great person to do business with. Tim managed our property in Lake Charles for almost a year. His agents were very unresponsive and dishonest. We were charged for tools that his agency bought for their use (we were refunded after we caught them). They allowed the last tenants they had in our house to destroy our breaker box and run a jerry-rigged electrical cable down the length of the house and install a 220 outlet where we had provisions for a gas dryer. The same modification disabled the lights and fans in the living room. Fixing all of that cost us $1000... read more
