We've owned 5 homes. Tim is by far the very best agent we have ever worked with. He was very attentive to our desires and taste. He always answerd our calls. He negotiated a better selling price than we thought possible. He and his staff are the only ones we will use in the future.

I Have Known Tim For A Multitude Of Years. (8+) Tim Has Always Been A Very Personable Guy And He Goes Well Out Of His Way To Get Things Done. Tim was patient with us and very helpful finding a balance between what we wanted and our limited budget. He is very knowledgable of all the neighborhoods we looked into and gave a good honest opinion on any property we asked him about. We ended up relocating to California and that's the only reason we didn't buy with Tim. In the event we move home to Lake Charles I wouldn't think of using anyone but Tim and would highly recommend Tim to all friends and family for their realestate needs.
