I am speechless, and as an attorney that is a rare. The lender (Guaranteed Rate) was able to get a clear to close for my home purchase in LESS THAN 30 days. I have never seen this in my 23 years of practice. Catherine Okoroh, and her team (Jaki, and Adrienne) were extremely efficient. They helped me get a conventional loan for only 5% down.
