Cathy and her team were great. Gave us different options for the financing and helped us all the way. They could be reached all the time. Provided answers and information needed. At the end offered us an option we never heard before but we're able to go through with it and save money at the end.

Cathy Haddad was a energetic professional Who is well versed In the banking industry . She was able to explain the different loan options that a buyer might consider using when purchasing a house or residence . She was very thorough in explaining the details and process in which it takes to get a mortgage . Her team of mortgage professionals was outstanding to work with . Kathy had always return every phone call and was very patient throughout the entire process it was a pleasure doing business with her .

Quite honestly, the process was superb. I was expecting the whole thing to be incredibly stressful and difficult but this was negated to a great degree by Cathy.Don't get me wrong, it was still stressful and it was difficult with regards the fact I had the bulk of money in the UK and there was a lot of documentation and timing to getting things over but Cathy made it very clear and simple with regards to what she required, offering regular 'to-do lists' so I knew what I had left.
