Cathy was referred by my agent and I am so lucky to have her and her whole team. I finally got my condo closed n time. She always think ahead and return your emails or calls in time. She will do her best to get the loan for you and fees I paid is the same as original quote, highly highly recommend!

As a 1st time home buyer, I needed alot of assistance. Cathy was great and got us pre-approved quickly at a great rate. She and her team did a top job all the way, from pre-approved, to underwriting to closing. They were very professional and quick to respond to any questions.
