Cathy is a great mortgage broker. She is very responsive and helpful and replied to our emails and calls very fast on late nights and on weekends. She did a great job providing us with the pre-approval on Sunday morning and then leading us all the way to closing. The whole process was very smooth and fast. We also got a great rate with her and a $2000 credit towards closing costs.I would recommend Cathy to anyone. I am very happy we chose her as our mortgage broker.
