Very diligent and thorough lending officer. When applying to mortgage it is very important to know you will receive the response in a timely manner and all the documents are properly checked and uploaded. This is our second time working with AHL and Cathy Haddad, and both times they have been stellar. Helpful, informative, not pushy. Everything is clearly laid out from timelines to what is required from early parts of the application to the final pieces to get to closing. Their interface is easy to use and intuitive. We worked with Cathy and her team on our original purchase and it was a no brainer to use her for our refinance. In fact Cathy reached out to us, knowing our situation and the rate we originally locked in a year ago, and let us know that it was in our best interest to refinance. Here team was just as professional as the first time. Practically everything is online, the process could not have been any smoother then it was. In the end there was no headaches and we saved a bunch of money, could not ask for more.
