Cathy was very responsive to all of our questions, and was readily available to take a call, even during off-hours. She was very helpful in explaining the mortgage application process. We never felt as if she was trying to offer us a mortgage that was beyond our means. This is the second time we have utilized Cathy's service, and would again if the opportunity arises!

Cathy was recommended to me by my realtor. She contacted me within 24 hours to start the process. The closing fees and interest rate were exactly as they were originally explained to me. I am self-employed so the lender required additional information from me regarding my business and revenue receipts. Extremely professional. Handled our mortgage as if we were her top client.Very proactive and helped us through the process. We have used Cathy for home purchase several times (4), beginning in 1989 - 2014. We have also used her service for refinancing when rates were favorable. A repeat customer!

Always customer focused, Cathy worked closely with us when refinancing our mortgage. She is honest regarding credit scoring and is easy to work with. I have never known her to drop the ball. She does have individuals to support her, and if there are any problems with them Cathy is sure to rectify any issues. She makes her cell available by cell and/or text and responds within the necessary timeframe.
